Well, well, well. How GOOD is this? Barack Obama is going to the 44th US President!? How I wish my dad was here to see this.... I am so pleased but I can't really explain why I am so excited about the US election. It's the first time I've ever really cared. And I feel so pleased with myself for having made that effort to cast my vote. As my last US address was in Texas, my vote counted as one from Texas and despite Texas going solid red (for Republican), I like to think that possibly my little blue vote brought a shade of purple to that state!
