One track mind

I am spending too much time contemplating the Joy of Cuisine.  We've been watching "Food Safari" on SBS & they're doing French food.  OhMyGod!  You should see the recipe for boeuf bourgignon from Guillame Brahmini, the head chef at Bennelong Restaurant at the Sydney Opera House.  It all looks So Delicious!  We will definitely be watching that again - it's inspiring me to whip up a French feast.  Then, on the subject of eating, Steve dreamed last night that he had amputated his own leg, roasted it & ate it - and he said it was delicious!  What on earth does that dream mean?  I am wondering if he is suffering from lack of red meat....

Hi Jen, while I am on this ridiculous enforced bed rest, I have taken the opportunity to look at the cooking website you provided and I don't mind telling you I shall be trying a few of those recipes. Absolutely fabulous! If I start baking before the boss allows, it shall not be my fault but yours!! I didn't see Steves "Roasted Leg of King with Garlic Mash" in there tho!! love The Bakewell Tart x
